As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely manner
• Welcome clients to the office and ensure positive customer experience
• Provide expert and pro-active client service to an established book of business
• Review and prepare renewals, ensuring clients are properly protected
• Identify and act on cross sell opportunities based on client needs
• Quote new business, prepare applications and submit documentation to insurers
• Manage follow up/abeyance system and renewal logs, in a timely manner
• Respond to client requests and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Service new and existing clients with outstanding service, resulting in excellent NPS and client retention
• Build relationships with clients to grow their professional network
• Work collaboratively with all internal and external parties of Van Allen Insurance

The following qualifications are preferred but not required. We are willing to train and license the right candidate:

• RIBO License
• Post-secondary education in business administration
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applied Rating Services and Power Broker
