  • Quote new business, prepare applications & submit documentation to insurers
  • Process policies on insurer portals
  • Speak with personal lines clients & offer options & professional advice
  • Ability to respond to a high volume of calls and emails on a daily basis
  • Respond to client requests & inquiries in a prompt & professional manner
  • Review & process renewal & endorsement requests
  • Service new clients & accounts
